DME has grown in the direct marketing industry through its solid, dependable managerial base and aggressive, consistent vision. Tom Panaggio joined DME in the year following its inception, and has since formed and governs DME’s successful sister company Response Mail Express. Chief Operations Officer Kathy Wise joined the company in 1983, and was instrumental in charting our growth. In 1997 Michael Walther became another vital part of the DME team, and was appointed President two years later.

At inception, direct mail played a minor role relative to the marketing of incentive premiums. However, DME's vision of personalized communication with the intention of creating customer profiles quickly transformed the landscape.
