DME LAUNCHES FACEBOOK FAN PAGE

In anticipation of the newly designed DME Corporate website, DME has joined the ranks of savvy businesses everywhere and embraced social media marketing. This includes the creation of our own Facebook Fan Page at http://www.facebook.com/dmecorporate. If you are a Facebook user, you can visit the site and become a fan of page by clicking the “Become a Fan” button at the top.
Social media marketing has become one of trendiest (yet most cost-efficient) ways of getting your company’s name and message in front of a large, targeted audience.
Messaging to a targeted audience? That’s what DME has always been about.
So it only made sense for DME to include social media marketing in our messaging arsenal. What better way to demonstrate the effectiveness of social media than by joining the ranks ourselves?
Whenever new information, links, pictures, or discussions are created, Facebook Fan Pages alert any Facebook user who has become a “fan” of that page. This lets a company keep a more direct, interactive dialogue with users who are clearly interested in their message. Plus, those users can recommend the site to their own Facebook friends, creating an ever-expanding network of viewers for Fan Page content.
Creating a relationship through interactivity? That’s what DME has always been about.

Even better, those fans can tell their friends and increase the audience base. Through word of mouth alone, our DME Fan Page went from 3 fans the day it was created to over 200 in just 2 days.
Now that we have launched our new DME Corporate site design, we can reach outside our current fan base through direct advertising on Facebook, which can be targeted to specific demographics.
Targeted marketing? That’s what DME has always been about. That’s why Facebook and social media marketing have been added to our offerings to increase the success and ROI for our own customers. And at DME, we like to demonstrate by doing.

DME UNVEILS CORPORATE SITE 2.0

It's been almost three years since we've changed the design on the DME Corporate website. While the Interactive Flash Demo with our video host has always been pretty compelling, three years on the internet is almost an eternity. We were long overdue for a change; at long last, here it is.
There were more reasons to re-fashion our corporate site than simply web haute couture. Search Engine Optimization (SEO, for those in the know) has become the key element for corporate web sites; to rise in the all-important search engine results, you need a page tailored to respond to the most pertinent search queries. We've taken that to heart with our new design.
But even more importantly: a lot has changed in just three years, and our focus at DME has expanded. Yes, we still pride ourselves on taking advantage of the latest technology to deliver data-driven personalized marketing for our customers, increasing (and tracking!) their campaign response and improving the all-important ROI. But with the incredible advent of photo product creation - truly, the ultimate personalization put right in the hands of consumers - DME has expanded our umbrella to include personalized photo products across a wide array of categories, and with a incredible strong team of partners and divisions.
Our website needs to reflect that, too. Now it does.
We've added news stories on our front page so we can keep up-to-date with the latest innovations, products, and partner successes. Now our customers don't have to wait for an eventual email news letter or a three-year design change to learn the latest.
We've included a Flash-based brochure that lets you flip through the pages of our print brochure online, with full page search and zoom controls.
We've made version 2.0 interactive with social media as well. You'll find our site has excellent cross-pollination with our new DME Facebook Fan Page, which in turn cross-links to the fan pages of many of our divisions and partners (you'll find them listed here as well, in our Partner Section). Our Facebook fans will be the first to know when new stories break on our site, and get a chance to actually have an online dialogue with DME and each other to discuss new innovations and marketing strategies.
